Can i add a family member to the about section of my page on Facebook?

In the About section that is accessible at the top of every Facebook user's profile page, you can see people's birthdays, where they're from, workplaces, schools, current location, marital status, contact information, and other information if the person's privacy settings allow you to see them.

You can also see a list of the person's family members who are on Facebook.



To let your friends on Facebook see who you're related to, add your sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, wives, husbands, boyfriends, girlfriends, or people you're dating to your Facebook profile.

To add a family member to your About page:

1. Go to your profile and click About.
2. Click Family and Relationships, then click Add a family member.
3. Enter the name of your family member and select your relationship.
4. Select an audience for your post and click Save Changes.

To add a partner to your About page, you can change your relationship status.

Note: If you list a Facebook friend as your family member, that person will be asked to confirm your relationship.
