GOTV Activation After Making Payment

To activate GOTV through message, send a reset message to this GOTV number "22688" for example: 

Send "Reset Your GOTV Account Number" to 22688.

If you wish to activate GOTV through the online method, simply visit http://kenya.gotvafrica.com/Home/default.aspx and then login to your account. 

Next, "Clear your error" dialogue and proceed to selecting E16.

Finally, click on reset device... 





GOTV Activation through mobile phone is also another option, to do this, simply dial this code "*423#" on your mobile device and follow the prompts to activate GOTV.
