According to Facebook's terms, individuals are only allowed to have one account. Businesses can create two accounts by using business Pages instead. Use a single Facebook account to manage multiple Pages.
Sometimes businesses create different Pages for different areas or products. Third party Facebook account managers may also manage Pages for numerous business under a single account. Pages are geared more towards businesses while individual accounts are usually more for personal use.

1. Create a Facebook account to manage your business Pages. If you already have an account, log in to Facebook. Visit Facebook's homepage and fill out all required information. Press “Sign Up” to create the account. Log in to the email account you used to create the Facebook account to confirm you are the owner of the newly created account. Facebook sends a confirmation email immediately after a new account is created.
2. Open Facebook's Create a Page (see the link in Resources). If you are not currently logged in, visit Facebook's homepage and click the “Create a Page” link to create your first business Page.
3. Select the category that best fits your business. Follow the associated prompts to create the Page.
4. Repeat Step 3 to create a second business Page.
5. Upload a profile picture, contact information and other relevant details to each Page.
6. Press the “Publish Your Page” link at the top of your new Page to publish them. They will not appear to the public until you publish them.
