Permanently banning a Facebook Group member blocks access to the group and prevents the user from finding the group or its content in Facebook search results.
There’s no way to remove a permanent ban on new-style Facebook Groups created after October 2010. On Facebook Groups created before this date, the group’s administrator can revoke the ban on a previously banned member from the “Edit Members” section of the group’s settings.
2. Hover your mouse pointer over the “Groups” heading in the left-hand column of your Facebook home page. Click the “More” link beside “Groups” to open your Facebook Groups page
